Hey , My name is Chris Mckenna and i started this site in memory of my Dad ( Thomas Nevin )
who sadly lost his life on the 03-09-2020 after a 10 plus battle with cancer . This has been a tough time for me and i think 2020-21 has been a hard time for everyone , with in this time two good friends also sadly passed .
Working from a young age on building sites , learning from best curb laying in the land! thomas i learned that working hard and being proud of your work and the value of money . I left school early left ireland to live in the uk with my sister , where is started working in factorys until had to come back to ireland because of family issues . At this time was living on a tough estate and started getting in trouble and started going down wrong path . Managed to get a job cleaning stores in a 4 star hotel in Cork . My manager at this time ( possibly best teacher besides Thomas )
He taught me how to manage and run the stores , he sent me on every course he could . highlight was a certificate for best customer service , which im still proud of . He trained me and eventually i replaced him when he left . After a few years i also left to work in Trablogan holiday centre , where i worked in fast food after a bit of time moved up to supervisor and did a bit everything there .
Working in the shops , kictchen , arcade etc loved it to be fair .
wanted to tell you about these events becase these three events are my base for this site and my life .
