Good to know before you place your export orders

Payments

Payments are in euro € and we accept all mayor credit or debit cards and also payment by Direct Bank Transfer or PayPal and Cash on Delivery in selected countries.

VAT

All prices quoted throughout this site are including VAT..

We aim for 1-2 working days for despatch of your orders (please note at the busiest time (Oct-Dec) orders may take 3 working days,

For orders placed after 12:00pm, the working day commences at 8am the next day.  

Update : From 25th oct. 2021 orders are collected by couriers between 13:00am - 13:30pm.

PRIORITY DISPATCH

Courier Express Service - Same day dispatch of your order if placed before 12am ( Excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays). Priority dispatch must be activated in customers order section when placing order ( before 12am ). Priority dispatch orders placed past 10am will be preferably  processed the next working day.

BFPO/PO BOX ADDRESSES

We cannot ship to a PO Box address via courier within the UK

Please contact us before placing an order to a BFPO address that is a courier delivery as prices will vary.

DPD, SPS (Slovakia only), DHL(remote destinations, islands, non EU(EEA) countries) and Posta bez Hranic, An-Post.
